Natroma Shop Re-opening - Thursday 15th April 2021

After much thought, we have decided to change our shop opening hours.  We understand that the Ruskin Glass Centre and cafe will not be re-opening until May, so as with the release of previous lock-downs we're expecting our shop to be quiet.  The last 12 months have been very challenging for Natroma and we are very grateful for the support of our customers - locally and further afield.  The pandemic has turned the business on its head so we now have many customers from all around the UK regularly ordering our products via the website.  We've looked at our workloads and have concluded that for now it will be best if we re-open our shop on a part-time basis.  We can then give website customers our full attention at the beginning of each week (the website is busiest at the weekend) so we can promptly manufacture our aromatherapy products and process your orders.   Later in the week we'll then have more time to look after local customers giving them time to browse, ask questions and have a chat (rather than seeing us dashing around in the background looking too busy to be interrupted).  We want our shop to be as welcoming as before the pandemic so hopefully local customers will see that we're trying to balance their needs, with the many customers who are also supporting us from all around the country.

So we'll be working full time as normal each week, but our revised shop opening hours will be:

      Sunday - Wednesday      CLOSED

      Thursday - Saturday       10.30am - 4pm

We're really looking forward to seeing everyone again and will have some new products and a range of re-opening special offers, which will also be available on the website from Thursday.

As before, we'd ask visitors to our shop to enter via our outside door - you walk up the slope to the right of the main steps and our door is just around the corner.  We'll require everyone to wear a face mask whilst in our shop and will continue to ask customers to wash their hands when they arrive.  There's no need to book a shopping appointment, but we'll be restricting access into the shop to around 2-3 people at a time.  Please try to shop on your own if possible, since we want to keep everyone safe and avoid people waiting outside for too long.

We'll see how busy we are in the coming weeks and will review our shop hours again once we have a re-opening date for the Ruskin Glass Centre cafe.

Saturday 17th April 2021

As a mark of respect, our shop will be closed on the day of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh's funeral.
