FREE Natroma UK standard delivery on orders over £35 (product value)
We process orders in the following priority: Courier, Priority signed for and Priority (within 1-2 working days), then Standard signed for and Standard (within 3 working days), then Free delivery (within 5 working days).
We always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but if your order is urgent please upgrade your postage. Where possible, orders with Priority shipping will be dispatched same day/next working day. Please note that we're closed on Monday so Priority orders placed at the weekend are usually dispatched on Tuesday.

Shipping and Delivery Timescales
We process and dispatch most orders within 3 working days of receipt, but this is subject to stock availability. We are closed on Mondays so please advise us by e-mail, if you have placed an order that is particularly urgent. Please upgrade to UK Priority or UK Courier if you need your items urgently - we prioritise these orders and you will receive an e-mail or text notification so you know when to expect your parcel.
We prepare Courier and Priority orders and dispatch the parcel within 1-2 working days. If there is likely to be a shipping delay on a Courier or Priority order, we'll contact you to advise on the timescale. We ensure priority orders are prepared ahead of other orders and we take them to our local Royal Mail sorting office/DPD drop off shop to ensure they enter the delivery network as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of us dropping them off).
Orders with Standard shipping have a slower 3 working day dispatch timescale. We process orders with free shipping once all paid services have been cleared, with 4 working days. These timescales may also be longer if a handmade bathing product needs to be manufactured, or gift hampers need to wrapped etc. On heavier or higher value orders, we'll may upgrade the delivery to a Courier service so a signature may be required.
Orders containing glass bottles will be sealed in plastic bags. We want to avoid using plastic where we can, but comply with the Royal Mail/DPD requirements for shipping liquids.
Typically orders using Royal Mail services should arrive within 7 working days after they have been dispatched. Delivery delays are most likely in the lead up to busy seasonal periods such as Christmas/Mother's Day/Easter etc. We'd ask you to please be patient if a parcel seems to be taking a while to arrive. The Royal Mail service is reliable so 99.9% of the time your parcel will arrive safely in the end, but it may take a little longer than usual. We send an order completion e-mail once a parcel has been dispatched and this usually contains a parcel tracking number, so you can check delivery progress on the Royal Mail website.
If a parcel goes missing we will follow the Royal Mail or Courier procedures to identify what has happened and to recover your order. Sometimes this can lead to a delay since Royal Mail will not investigate late deliveries until a certain number of days after the expected delivery date have passed. The vast majority of delayed parcels eventually arrive safely so we thank you for your patience. Please contact us if you have any concerns about a parcel that has not arrived after 7 working days, after you received our order completion e-mail.

You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail when you place your order. We'll work on preparing your order and will send you a second e-mail when your order is ready for collection.
Local deliveries - this is a special service for vulnerable customers who are live within a 2-3 mile radius of Ruskin Glass Centre - please ask for further details.
We can post your order to a different delivery address from the invoice address. This can be useful when you need to send some products or a gift hamper direct to the gift recipient. For orders being dispatched direct to the recipient, we're happy to to add a free gift message to your order so the recipient knows who sent them their thoughtful gift. We do not include a copy of the order invoice inside gift parcels.
Additional Delivery Information - COVID-19 and at busy times of the year
We do everything in our power to get your orders dispatched as quickly as possible, but sometimes there are delays. Please bear with us if deliveries take a little longer than usual. Royal Mail are delivering parcels as quickly as possible but they still have disruption at mail centres due to strikes, Covid-19 related staff absences and larger than normal mail volumes at seasonal times of the year. Usually our parcels arrive within 5-7 working days (this is after we have dropped them off at the sorting office) with occasional longer delays in certain parts of the country. Please try to be patient, since we cannot begin the Royal Mail missing parcel procedure until a parcel is 10 working days past it's expected delivery date. We have a parcel reference number for every order that we ship (it's often mentioned in the dispatch e-mail) and most Royal Mail deliveries are now GPS scanned using the coded label. If a parcel does not arrive when expected please use the Royal Mail on-line service - your parcel number will show when a delivery was attempted, if it was taken to the sorting office to await collection etc.
During busy pre-Christmas ordering periods (November and December) please allow extra time for your order to arrive, and consider upgrading to a speedier postal service if you need to receive items by a certain date. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of placing your order please check with neighbours and your local sorting office to see if a delivery has been attempted while you were out.

We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Post-Brexit we now suggest that items being sent to the Channel Islands use a 2nd class Royal Mail Signed For service.
Sorry, we currently do not sell our handmade skincare products in North America or Europe. We continue to investigate the Brexit implications for Ireland (due to the changes in the regulations relating to the export of UK manufactured cosmetics to the EU), but do not offer delivery to Ireland at present. Due to China's stance on using animals to test all imported cosmetic products, we refuse to sell our products or have them distributed in China.
