Covid-19 Shopping Appointments

If you'd like to look round our Natroma shop once small shops re-open in the UK, please request a 15 minute Shopping Appointment by using this form.  Please show your preference (which day, morning or afternoon) and we'll reply as soon as possible with a date and time. 

Shopping Appointments allow customers to visit the main shop, to order bespoke gift hampers or inspect glass, jewellery and crystals etc.  Each appointment is for an individual / couple from the same household.

We also have a screened Order Collection Point located by our outside door (walk up the slope to the right of the main Ruskin Glass Centre steps).  Use the Order Point to make purchases without an appointment, but only one person at a time please.
