Natroma - ethical, organic, handmade natural soaps and skincare

Natroma & The Natural Soapworks is an English handmade aromatherapy skincare business established in 2006 by a Clinical Aromatherapist, located at the Ruskin Glass Centre in Stourbridge in the West Midlands.  We started our business at the historic Red House Glass Cone and relocated to larger premises to create improved manufacturing facilities, a retail shop and holistic therapy treatment room.  Our range of luxurious hand made goats milk soaps, bathing and organic cosmetic gifts, are all handmade using traditional techniques and only the finest natural ingredients and aromatherapy grade essential oils.  Our Natroma aromatherapy skincare and natural cosmetics are handmade in England.

In 2010 we became approved under BUAV's Humane Cosmetics Standard (now operated by Cruelty-Free International).  Natroma and The Natural Soapworks has never commissioned any animal testing on our products or their ingredients.  This means that customers can be guaranteed that our handmade aromatherapy skin care products and natural goats milk soap ingredients are cruelty free are our products carry the Leaping Bunny logo.  Our handmade cosmetics are used by vegan and vegetarian customers, and you can be guaranteed that we do not allow any tallow (the rendered animal fats commonly used in commercial soap) anywhere near our handmade soaps!

Natroma is our handmade organic aromatherapy skincare range, specially created in response to customer requests for moisturising facial and body care products that are free from nasty cosmetic ingredients. The Natroma facial range includes hot cloth cream cleansers, hydrolat (organic flower water) skin toners, luxury cream moisturisers, butter balms and face oil serums.  Like all of our other natural skin care, soaps and luxury bathing, Natroma was in development (and in personal use by ourselves) for a very long time. We knew that our handmade skin care would help people with sensitive skin, but like our goats milk soaps they had to be just right.  We admit that we're perfectionists when it comes to creating handmade natural skincare! The Natroma organic facial cleansers, moisturisers and face oil serum are used in our professional aromatherapy treatments, and is becoming increasingly popular with other holistic therapists.  Our gentle handmade cosmetics, creamy goats milk soaps and natural skincare and cosmetics make lovely, thoughtful gift ideas for anyone who has problems with irritated eczema or skin sensitivity.
