Easter Break 2021

This is just a quick note to thank all of our customers for their orders during the lockdown and to let you know that Natroma will be closed over Easter. 

We've had a busy start to the year, so we've decided to take a short break before we prepare our shop for re-opening in April.  So the last day that we'll be posting out orders before Easter will be this Thursday 1st April (we'll need to receive orders by midday on Wednesday). 

Over Easter we've scheduled some website maintenance, so you may notice that the checkout is closed at various times. 

Fingers crossed everything should be up and running again from next Tuesday (6th April) and the website will start to accept orders again.  We'll begin to process website orders from Monday 12th April onwards, in the date order they arrived. 

Please note that local deliveries have been suspended while we are away.  Click & Collect will be activated on the website when we return.

UPDATE 6/4/21 - the website checkout is now open again.  Because of the delayed dispatch until next week, we'll be sending out free gifts with orders over £25 (and the value of the gift will be increased on larger orders).  Orders will be processed in the date order they arrived from Monday 12th April onwards and we'll ensure that orders with Priority shipping are sent out first, followed by orders with Standard or free shipping.  There will be re-opening offers and new products available on the website from Thursday 15th of April.

We plan to re-open our shop on Thursday 15th April, so we'll post an update on the website and our Facebook page closer to the time....and we'll have some re-opening offers too!
