Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019 Delivery Information

We are now closed for an extended Christmas and New Year Break.

This website will continue to accept orders, but they will not be processed until we return on Tuesday 8th January 2019. They will be processed in the date order they arrived.  Items with priority postage will be dispatched ahead of those with standard postage, but all orders will take longer than usual to arrive.

For orders placed before 22nd December 2018:

All orders have been processed and were posted out as follows:

2nd Class - our Standard Service (this covers orders with free postage included)*

The Royal Mail deadline was 18th December, so your order had to be placed by:  midnight on Sunday 16th December 2018.  All orders were dispatched.

1st Class - our Priority Service  & Courier Service  (extra charge)*

The Royal Mail postal deadline was 20th December.  So your order for 1st class post and courier deliveries had to be placed by midnight on Tuesday 18th December 2018.  All orders were dispatched.

After this, we continued to send out parcels and the last orders were dispatched on Friday 21st December.  For late orders received after 18th December 2918, we could not guarantee items would arrive in time for Christmas. 

Christmas & New Year 2019

Our Ruskin Glass Centre shop closed at 4.30pm on Saturday 22nd December 2018.  We are now taking a complete Christmas and New Year break.  Our Ruskin Glass Centre shop will re-open again on Tuesday 8th January 2019 at 1.30pm.

We will not be processing any website orders until we return to work in the new year.  So website orders received while we are closed, will begin to be processed (in the date order they arrived) from Tuesday 8th January 2019 onwards.  There will be delays in receiving orders, even if priority postage has been selected.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
