MADE TO ORDER ITEM - If this hamper contains any handmade bathing products (bath bombs, melts or salts) these are freshly made to order. Please allow 2-3 days for us to specially manufacture and package this hamper before your order is shipped.
This listing has been added to the Natroma website so that customers can create a customised gift hamper with their choice of contents rather than one of our ready made hampers.
To calculate the overall cost of your hamper you need to add this item and your chosen skincare/ decorative products to the basket before you checkout. This allows you to choose which items to send as a gift and how much you want to spend.
We do not sell our gift boxes separately, so please only add this item to your shopping basket if you require our gift wrapping service.
You are paying for us to gift wrap a number of items inside a gift box. This fee includes the gift box, tissue paper, ribbon, a decorative flower, a Natroma tag and a free gift message. We must stress this is not the total cost of the hamper, it is the fee for our gift wrapping service so you need to also pay for the hamper contents.
When we receive your order, we'll choose the most appropriately sized box to accommodate the items that need to be packaged. If you have selected too many items, or a mixture of heavy/fragile items that may cause us packaging issues we will contact you to discuss the options.
Gift Hamper Sizing:
Our customised gift hampers are made from ivory coloured cardboard. They have a separate lift off lid or a flap closure, and look very elegant once they have been decorated with ribbon and a paper flower decoration.
We will choose the most appropriate size of box for each order, to comfortably package the selected items.
Please do not add more than 1 bottle of bath salts into a hamper - the glass is too heavy and may damage the box in transit.
Please do not select unwrapped bathing products (Eco Melts or Bath Bombs) in this hamper - they need to be stored in air tight containers so will lose their smell too quickly in a gift box.
Gift Wrapping Sizes:
Small - up to 100 x 100 x 100mm. This smaller box accommodates approximately 4 small skincare items. e.g. a bath bomb, bar of soap, lip balm, small handcream. This is also a suitable size for items of jewellery, crystal specimens, small glass decorations etc.
Medium - up to 120 x 120 x 120mm. This is our most popular sized hamper and accommodates several small skincare items. e.g. about 6 bath bombs or up to 12 bars of soap. This size is also suitable for oil burners, East of India items, fused glass items, but is too small for art glass reed diffuser bottles. For larger items, or hampers with multiple items please select the large gift wrap option
Large - these are taller boxes measuring 120 x 120 x 190mm and can accommodate several skincare items including full sized Natroma skincare items, skincare starter kits, a single bath salt bottle etc as well as larger decorative items such as globe or cylinder reed diffuser bottles. We also use taller (100 x 100 x 250mm) flap top boxes which accommodate slim art glass reed diffusers (i.e. domed and tall cylinders will fit) and additional reeds. Long rattan reeds or sola flowers will usually need to be sent wrapped in tissue paper, outside of the gift box due to their length.
How our gift wrapping service works:
Once we have received your order, we will select the most appropriately sized gift hamper and will package your items, carefully nestling the products in tissue paper inside the gift box.
Each hamper is then presented with an organza ribbon (you can choose the ribbon colour at the checkout), a Natroma tag and a flower decoration.
If you have selected a box that is too small, your order contains unusually shaped items, long or heavy items in combination with fragile/glass items (so everything will not comfortably fit inside one of our gift boxes), we may package some items in tissue paper and send them outside of the hamper. We will contact you to review your order if we find that too many of your selected items will not fit inside the box you have selected.
As you confirm you order at the checkout you can also add a free gift message - it will be attached either as a small external gift tag, or longer messages/letters will be printed out and placed inside the hamper box.
At the checkout there is a box for you to send us a message so you can mention any special requests - e.g. if the gift needs to arrive by a certain date/ omit the flower decoration on a hamper for a man/decorate as a Christmas gift etc.
You will also have the option to add another delivery address, so your gift can be posted direct to the gift recipient. (The address must be within the UK, and we do not include an invoice inside the box).
If this customised gift hamper is only part of an order, you can specify which items need to be placed inside the hamper (perhaps if you're ordering some individual items for yourself, as well as the gift hamper).
Multiple Hampers/pre-ordering for Christmas:
Please create separate orders if you would like to send hampers to different UK delivery addresses.
If you need to order several hampers, it may be easier to ring or e-mail us with your order requirements. We can then offer a pricing, before you proceed with your order, and can accept payment is by credit or debit card made over the phone or in our shop if you are collecting.
This is the easiest way to pre-order a number of hampers, and schedule deliveries of Christmas orders.

* Orders with free delivery may take a little longer to arrive so please upgrade the postage on urgent orders.

Available from our shop at Ruskin Glass Centre, Stourbridge. Once your order is placed, please await a 2nd e-mail to confirm we have packaged your order and it's ready for collection. Please note our shop opening hours - we are not open every day of the week.
