These large slatted soap dishes are made from wood.  Each dish is oblong shaped with 5 wooden slats on a ladder design.  These are large enough to take 2 full sized bars of soap, side by side and measure 14cm long x 9cm wide and 1.6cm tall.

These wooden racks will allow the water to drain from natural soaps, solid shampoos and conditioners so the bars can dry out between uses.  We'd always recommend that you use a soap rack that allows the air to circulate around the bar since it means that the soap will last for much longer.  In the long run a good, free-draining soap dish will save you money.

These wooden soap racks are handmade so are not perfect.  Please expect minor scuffs, scratches or natural imperfections within the wood.  They are inexpensive items and like any wood product will change colour with use.  If they are allowed to sit in water the wood will darken with permanent dis-colouration. They are slightly rustic, but their minor blemishes will have no impact on their use.
