This thoughtful gift hamper has been created to support anyone who's in need of a little TLC.  

In our shop we're regularly asked for products that help with improving a person's well-being.  Many people find they're struggling to cope and reach for comforting aromatherapy and crystal products.  They may be finding it difficult to unwind at the end of the day and this is causing them have insomnia or troubled sleep.  Using a pillow mist can help, to create a soft, restful aroma in the bedroom.  Ours are made from natural hydrolats (waters created during the steam distillation of essential oils) - choose from Lavender, Rose or Orange Blossom.  Lavender is the traditional aroma to encourage improved sleep, but we've included comforting Rose or Orange Blossom for people who do not enjoy/may have an allergy to Lavender.  Many customers find that having an aromatherapy rollerball in their bag helps when they're facing difficult situations.  It allows them to enjoy aromatherapy while they're "out and about" and can be helpful when coping with stressful work situations.  Others have found that using their favourite aromatherapy rollerball has helped them cope with anxious hospital appointments, taking away the clinical smell of unfamiliar surroundings.   Remember that our sense of smell is powerful - reminding us of happy times, familiar places and loved ones.  So comforting aromatherapy smells can really help us, working in a subtle way to make us feel calmer and more relaxed.  Many people also find that wearing crystal jewellery (many crystals have associated meanings) helps to enhance their feelings of well-being.

If you know your gift recipient isn't interested in crystals or jewellery, the crystal bracelet can be swapped for a 30ml tube of hand cream or a 15g travel balm (bottom of the list).  Simply send us a message/e-mail with your preferred fragrance and we'll be happy to change the contents of your hamper.
