Natroma Click & Collect

Updated information on how Natroma is responding to the coronavirus pandemic in the UK.

Our Natroma shop is re-opening at Ruskin Glass Centre on Tuesday 16th June 2020.

We are now offering customers the option to order via the Natroma website, and to collect their order from our shop.  The Click & Collect service is free and will allow us to prepare orders ready for collection, ensuring everything is in stock, payment is received remotely and customers can safely visit our shop.

Natroma Local Deliveries


We are now offering local deliveries to the Stourbridge, Halesowen and Dudley areas.

We cover Stourbridge, Dudley and Halesowen, and will travel out as far as Hagley, Romsley, Fairfield, Blackheath and parts of Quinton.  

It costs £1 for orders up to £34.99, free over £35.  You need to have a Natroma website account for the local delivery option to show in the shopping basket.

Everyone who lives locally who already had an account has been transferred automatically to the new Local Delivery group.

New users need to set up an account and e-mail or telephone us.  We will then confirm if local deliveries are possible to your address.  Please contact us before placing your order.

Our Stourbridge shop at the Ruskin Glass Centre will be closed for Christmas and New Year 2019 between Sunday 22nd December 2019 and Friday 10th January 2020 inclusive.

Website orders received from 21st December onwards will not be processed until after 4th January 2020.
