These double ended facial massage rollers are made using natural crystals.  They can be used for facial massage, to increase micro-circulation in the skin.  Many people use them as part of their daily facial regime, using them in the morning to reduce puffiness and encourage blood circulation in the skin.  Regular facial massage can help to improve skin texture and elasticity, and the roller helps to disperse any fluids under the skin.  Research is finding that there is a link between regular facial massage and firmer skin. Some people place their facial roller in the fridge for a little while before use so the crystals are cooler - this helps to tighten the skin and reduce puffiness. 

One of the key benefits of facial massage, is that it makes you feel good!  After even just 5-10 minutes of facial massage you'll feel more relaxed and gentle strokes across the forehead definitely help to reduce tension.  (It's why so many Natroma facial clients fall asleep during their treatments!)  Facial massage encourages you to take a little time to care for yourself and this enhances feeling of well-being.

The roller is also useful to apply products to the skin.  We have tested these rollers and find that they are a lovely to use with our Q10 Oil Serum.  Try using the larger roller out across the cheeks or from the centre of the forehead in gentle outward strokes.  Also try rolling upwards from the neck over the jawbone to gently lift the skin around the chin.   The smaller roller can be gently used around the eyes.   

The approximate size of each roller is:  height 15cm, width of rollers - 6cm (top), 4cm (bottom), depth 2cm.  The roller is made with polished gemstones (the handle may be straight or slightly curved) and the rollers at each end are within a metal frame which may be gold or brass coloured.  Each gemstone within these rollers is unique, so there will be variations in colour and texture and as with all gemstones there will be some inclusions (markings or cracks) inside the stones.  These are available to inspect in our shop.
