Hand Cream

Natural handcream with jojoja and avocado oils, enriched with glycerine, evening primrose and comfrey extracts.

These are lovely hand creams which have been formulated to provide long lasting hydration, without feeling heavy or sticky when applied to the hands.  Only a small amount is needed, and this should be smoothed onto the hands, where it will sink in quickly leaving a light floral aroma.

Presented in a squeezable 60ml tube.

There are two varieties:

Orange Blossom - fragranced with neroli, petitgrain and bergamot essential oils.

Rose - fragranced with geranium, rose and helichrysum essential oils.

Jojoba oil - is actually a liquid wax, that is highly penetrating since it closely resembles the natural sebum in our skin.  Ours is organic, and has the ability to naturally balance the oils in the skin.

Avocado oil - a rich, nourishing oil to provide lasting softness.

Evening Primrose extract - this is a concentrated form of Evening primrose oil, that is naturally high in GLA and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

Amaranth seed extract - we use this for it's anti-anflamatory qualities since it assists itchy dry skin conditions.  It also contains a high concentration of tocopherols and linoleic acid to restore moisture and smoothness in the skin

Comfrey extract - well known for it's skin soothing properties.

Hydrolats - we use organic orange blossom and rose in the two varieties of hand cream for their gentle and skin-calming properties.

Glycerine - a vegetable derived version, to retain moisture in the skin.

Squalane - we use a vegetable based version, derived from olive oil.  Squalane is moisturising and assists in the absorption of the moisturiser into the skin.

Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein - a botanical marine extract, which provides protein enrichment and a silk feel to this cream .

This formulation contains preservative (phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin).
