Changes to our opening hours during September 2022

We'll be taking a break during September, so there will be a few changes to our shop opening hours and website dispatch timescales.

SHOP HOURS:

w/c 12th September 2022

We'll be closed on Wednesday 14th September.

Our shop will be open Thursday to Saturday 10.30am - 4pm.

w/c 19th September 2022

We'll be closed all week.

w/c 26th September 2022

We'll be closed Monday - Wednesday.

Our shop will be open Thursday to Saturday 10.30am - 4pm.

WEBSITE ORDERS:

We'll be unable to process website orders on 13th and 14th of September.  We are currently up to date, so all orders received this week have been dispatched.  Orders received on 13th and 14th of September will be dispatched from 15th September onwards and we'll continue processing orders until our shop closes on Saturday 17th September. 

UPDATE 20/9/22 - We are working on orders received up to 20th September and everything will be dispatched by 21st September at the latest.

After this, we will not be processing any orders until after 27th September.  We'll then process orders in the date order received and will prioritise orders that have upgraded postage.  We estimate the following shipping dates:

Orders with Priority postage - will be processed from 27th September onwards.

Orders with Standard postage - will be processed from 29th September onwards.

Orders with free postage - will be processed from 29th September onwards, once all orders with paid postage have been shipped.  Orders with free shipping may be delayed for several days.

Made to order items (bathing products) have been temporarily marked as out of stock and cannot be ordered until we return to work. 

Click & Collect is suspended from the website, but will be available again at the checkout from 29th September onwards.  Collections will recommence from Friday 30th September onwards.

Sorry for any inconvenience, this will probably be our last chance to take a short break before Christmas.  Once we're back in work we'll do everything we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
