About Us
The Natural Soapworks is a natural skincare business which was originally established in 2006 by a professional Aromatherapist, at the historic Red House Glass Cone in Stourbridge in the West Midlands.ﾠ In 2010 the business relocated to the Ruskin Glass Centre where we have manufacturing facilities, a shop and a holistic therapy treatment room. Our range of luxurious handmade goats milk soaps and aromatherapy bathing products, are all handmade using traditional techniques and only the finest natural ingredients and aromatherapy grade essential oils.ﾠ
Natroma is our natural aromatherapy skincare range, specially created in response to customer requests for facial and body care products.ﾠ The Natroma skincare range includes hot cloth facial cleansers, moisturisers, body lotions, skin toners, facial masks, balms and oil based serums.ﾠ Like all of our other natural cosmetics products, Natroma was in development (and in personal use by ourselves) for a very long time.ﾠ Our philosophy is to only release products we have formulated to our complete satisfaction, and have been extensively road tested - so we freely admit to being perfectionists when it comes to handmade natural skincare!ﾠﾠThis range is now used in our professional aromatherapy treatments, and is becoming increasingly popular with other holistic therapists.
We guarantee to only source exceptionally high quality ingredients, to have carefully hand crafted each formulation ourselves and to manufacture Natroma products with our usual care and attention to detail.ﾠ Many of the formulations contain organic botanical ingredients, sourced from Soil Association accredited suppliers and our aim is to make affordable, ethical natural skincare everyone can enjoy every day.ﾠﾠ Regular customers should note that some products do contain a small amount of preservative (not parabens), since we have added water to some formulations.ﾠ You can be guaranteed there will be no marketing hype or exaggerated claims about the Natroma product range.ﾠ Our ethos continues to be about making practical, gentle natural skincare that's suitable for use on all skin types. We are strongly opposed to any form of animal testing, and our products are approved under BUAV's Humane Cosmetics Standard.
